In order to achieve the desired workshop results with the selected SMEs from the business, such individuals are required to complete a two-hour training session to gain a high level understanding of xBML. The session also includes the concepts of business modeling, why business models are created, the purpose for each model, and what you can expect the models to look like, and how the models are connected into your organization’s information technology, process improvement methodology, or other organizational initiatives. In addition, you will understand your role and what to expect during each xBML work session.
